Train and coach store teams on visual presentation and daily, weekly, and seasonal merchandising tasks.
Visual merchandising and brand image
- Maintain brand identity and presentation standards in windows and in-store displays.
- Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards and coordinate displays with brand guidelines and strategy.
- Develop floor plans, arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and layouts, and maximize visual impact.
- Photograph display changes, use creative lighting in windows, and feature new lines as trends develop.
- Organize store layouts by category and ensure merchandise is properly presented.
- Collect and review merchandise feedback.
Commercial and store support
- Work with operations, brand management, the visual merchandising manager, and sales teams to support commercial goals.
- Support store pre-openings and visit stores to check that brand standards are implemented.
- Research current market trends and lifestyles.
