Duties
Ensure staff are working together as a team to ensure optimum service to guests.
Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the In Room Dining service runs efficiently.
Assist management to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs.
Assist the team with general responsibilities during service.
Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.

Skills & Experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
- I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
- Experience working in supervisory role preferable
- Experience working in In Room Dining (or Food & Beverage outlet) required.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
