Provide analytical and technical support to clients, plan members, and the Administration team.
Assist with implementation and maintenance of pension administration systems and processes.
Work with clients and internal stakeholders to align system configurations with plan requirements, regulatory guidelines, and client needs.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Assist with configuring basic ARIEL plan parameters and testing calculation results as required.
- Implement and configure software solutions for client needs.
- Test systems and troubleshoot issues to support successful implementations.
- Train and support end users on new systems and functionality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes.
- Improve implementation processes and procedures.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- More than one year of experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support.
- Experience using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Additional coursework in pension administration or mathematics is a plus.
- Familiarity with ARIEL or other business software systems is desirable.
- Experience with Excel and Access VBA is a plus.
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
