Provide analytical and technical support to clients, plan members, and the Administration team.
Assist with implementing and maintaining pension administration systems and processes; align configurations with regulatory guidelines and client requirements.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Configure basic ARIEL plan parameters and test calculation results as needed.
- Implement and configure software solutions to meet client needs.
- Test systems, troubleshoot issues, train and support end users, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables.
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes and improve implementation procedures.
You have
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- More than 1 year of software implementation, configuration, testing, and support experience.
- Experience using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Additional coursework in pension administration or mathematics is a plus.
- Familiarity with ARIEL or other business software systems is desirable.
- Excel and Access VBA experience is a plus.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
