Role purpose

Customer service and sales

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend suitable products.
• Promote products, explain features and benefits, and contribute to individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, availability, promotions, pricing, and company policies.
• Support customers through purchases, handle inquiries courteously, and help resolve concerns under company procedures.

Store operations

• Keep sales areas organized, clean, and stocked, and ensure displays meet visual merchandising standards.
• Process purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately under point-of-sale procedures.
• Check product availability, replenish shelves, and report low stock, damaged items, or discrepancies.
• Communicate offers and help implement in-store promotions and sales activities.
• Follow customer service, safety, loss-prevention, cash-handling, and store-operation procedures.
• Work with colleagues and supervisors, share customer feedback, and support daily operations and store objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to understand customer needs, explain products clearly, process transactions accurately, and work toward sales targets.
• Organization, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Professional, approachable, and proactive manner with customers and colleagues.
• Previous retail sales, customer service, or related experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Arabic fluency is preferred; English communication skills are an advantage.

Schedule

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays according to business needs.
