Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend suitable products in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Promote products, communicate relevant features and benefits, and contribute to individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain current knowledge of product ranges, availability, promotions, pricing, and company policies to provide accurate guidance.
• Support customers throughout the purchasing process, handle inquiries courteously, and help resolve concerns in line with company procedures.
• Keep sales areas organized, clean, and well stocked, and ensure products and displays meet visual merchandising standards.
• Process purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately in accordance with company policies and point-of-sale procedures.
• Check product availability, replenish shelves as needed, and report low stock, damaged items, or discrepancies to the appropriate team.
• Communicate current offers to customers and help implement in-store promotions and sales activities.
• Follow company procedures for customer service, safety, loss prevention, cash handling, and store operations.
• Work with colleagues and supervisors to support daily operations, share customer feedback, and help achieve store objectives.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain product features clearly and accurately.
• Basic numeracy and the ability to process sales transactions accurately.
• Ability to work toward sales targets and contribute positively to team performance.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customer requests.
• Professional, approachable, and proactive manner when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays according to business needs.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred; English communication skills are an advantage.
