Position summary
- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain and inspect the mechanical plant daily; monitor and control property temperature.
- Monitor energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
- Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and electronic wiring.
- Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
- Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
- Follow safety and security procedures, report hazards and maintenance issues, and complete safety training.
- Provide guest service and communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Maintain quality standards and recommend ways to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
- Work in confined, elevated, sloping, uneven, or slippery spaces and perform lifting and carrying tasks.
Required qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- A driver's license is required.
- HVAC Certification is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
