Job Purpose
The Human Resources Trainee will support the HR team in daily operations while gaining practical experience across various HR functions.
The trainee will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and other key HR activities within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR activities and administrative tasks.
- Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
- Prepare presentations and other related documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
- Fresh graduate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
