About This Role
CRM & Data Senior Specialist (Commercial)
within Marketing department is responsible for managing the quality, integration, and activation of customer and fan data across Al Ahli Club Company’s commercial operations.
This role ensures that the Club’s customer and fan data is clean, well-structured, and used effectively to drive personalized CRM campaigns, improve engagement, and support commercial decision-making.
From data cleansing and integration to campaign execution and customer care support, this individual is foundational to the Club’s data-driven marketing strategy.
CRM Management
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows, automations, customer journeys, and integrations.
- Maintain CRM database cleanliness, structure, and data accuracy.
- Support CRM enhancements and operational improvements based on business requirements.
Fan Segmentation & Customer Data
- Build and manage fan segmentation models based on demographics, engagement, ticketing, retail, and behavioral data.
- Develop targeted audience lists for campaigns and commercial initiatives.
- Analyze customer behavior trends and identify engagement and retention opportunities.
Campaigns & Automation
- Support execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
- Build automated customer journeys including onboarding, loyalty, retention, membership renewal, and re-engagement.
- Support personalization strategies based on customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and recurring reports to track CRM and campaign performance.
- Monitor KPIs including engagement, retention, conversion, memberships, ticketing, and campaign effectiveness.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for management and commercial department.
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign performance analysis to optimize results.
Fan Experience & Commercial Support
- Support fan engagement initiatives through CRM-driven insights and personalization.
- Assist commercial and marketing teams with customer insights and audience analysis.
- Support loyalty, membership, retail, and ticketing initiatives through CRM activation and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Oracle CX) or Data Analytics are a plus.
- 4 – 6 years of experience in CRM management, data analytics, or marketing technology ideally within sports, entertainment, or consumer-facing industries.
- Proven experience managing CRM platforms, executing data-driven campaigns, and working with large datasets.
- Experience with data cleansing, integration, and quality management processes.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer data platforms.
Skills
- Strong data management and analytical skills comfortable working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Good understanding of data privacy regulations and governance best practices.
- Strong campaign management skills with the ability to execute multi-channel CRM campaigns.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
