We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Human Resources Specialist
to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and offboardin
- g.Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparatio
- n.Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentatio
- n.Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organizatio
- n.Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matter
- s.Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training program
- s.Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and HR reporting activitie
- s.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company policie

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fi
