The Strategic HR Manager is responsible for aligning human resources strategy with overall business objectives.
The role focuses on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and driving HR initiatives that enable long-term business growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business goals and growth plans
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives across business units
- Partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs, capability gaps, and future workforce requirements
- Design and oversee talent management frameworks including performance management, leadership development, and succession pipelines
- Drive employee engagement, culture transformation, and retention strategies across the organization
- Analyze HR metrics and people analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategies in collaboration with Rewards teams to ensure competitiveness and fairness
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements
- Lead change management initiatives during organizational restructuring, transformation, or expansion projects
- Support leadership in building a high-performance culture and strengthening organizational capability
