About This Role
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR policies, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, supporting business growth, and ensuring HR practices align with organizational objectives and UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end
- HR operations
- including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding
- Develop and implement
- HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee
- talent acquisition
- activities and workforce planning
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters
- Manage
- performance appraisal processes
- and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with
UAE Labor Law
- , company policies, and HR regulations
- Administer
- compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
- Support management in organizational development and succession planning
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Monitor employee engagement and implement retention strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to address manpower and HR requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in
HR Operations / Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge of
- UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
- Experience handling
- recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Familiarity with
HRMS / Payroll systems
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
- Proficiency in
- MS Office and HR reporting
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- HR certifications such as
CIPD, SHRM, or PHR
- Experience in multi-cultural or multi-national work environments
- Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce planning
- Experience managing HR operations for medium to large organizations
