Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Human Resources Trainer.
The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee development and align with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
include conducting training sessions on various HR topics, providing coaching to employees, and ensuring the implementation of effective learning strategies.
The role also involves updating training materials, assessing training outcomes, and maintaining accurate training records.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Training & Development and coaching employees to maximize their potential.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) practices.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to conduct Training and mentoring sessions, ensuring practical learning and measurable results.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification in HR-related training programs or facilitation is a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for program design and evaluation.
- Experience in creating and delivering customized training in a corporate or educational setting.
