Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role includes managing core HR operations, implementing and overseeing HR policies, handling employee relations, and aligning HR functions with organizational goals.
You will work closely with the leadership team to support the overall company strategy while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes to help attract quality talent across departments
· Handle employee onboarding, documentation, contracts and HR records
· Manage monthly payroll coordination, leave management, attendance and employee databases
· Draft warning letters, disciplinary notices and support performance management processes where required
· Work closely with management on employee engagement and maintaining a positive work environment
· Coordinate with PROs and relevant authorities for HR and employee-related compliance matters
· Liaise with MOHRE and ensure adherence to UAE Labour Laws and company policies
· Support department heads with HR guidance and employee-related matters
· Help implement HR processes, policies and operational discipline as the organization scales
· Be proactive in identifying people-related challenges and resolving them professionally
Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
· Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience in the UAE
· Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements
·
Experience
handling recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations and HR administration
· Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and documentation skills
· Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and maintain confidentiality
· Organized, detail-oriented and capable of working independently
Prior experience in an SME / agency / fast-paced environment will be preferred
