Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions and support the organization’s continued growth.
This role will focus on recruitment excellence, employee engagement, operational HR management, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
The position supports a diverse workforce, including permanent staff, travel agents, travel counselors, and independent contractors, ensuring a seamless employee experience aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes with department heads.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and HR-related inquiries.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and lead employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and exit management in line with company policies.
- Manage performance appraisal frameworks and support managers in coaching and development planning.
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, employment contracts, and statutory requirements.
- Identify training needs and design learning and development programs.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Conduct workforce planning and support succession planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and metrics with strict confidentiality.
- Promote workplace health, safety, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and support change management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
