Recruitment and employee relations

• Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through onboarding; prepare job advertisements, coordinate interviews, conduct candidate screening and reference checks, and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives and maintain a pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and support employees and managers with HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
• Handle grievances, investigations, and disciplinary matters professionally; support conflict resolution and employee engagement.

HR operations and performance

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation; manage onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and employee correspondence; keep files complete and compliant and maintain confidentiality.
• Support appraisals, employee development, probation monitoring, performance improvement plans, and managers' performance discussions and documentation.
• Support employee recognition and retention programs.

Compliance, engagement, and reporting

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies; support HR audits and reporting requirements.
• Assist with reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures and monitor adherence to company standards and employment regulations.
• Organize engagement activities and recognition programs and support employee satisfaction, retention, and inclusive workplace initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics; track turnover, attendance, leave balances, recruitment statistics, and HR KPIs and provide management insights.

Essential requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least three years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE and strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
• Excellent spoken and written English, strong organization and time management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

• CIPD, SHRM, PHR, CHRP, or an equivalent HR certification is preferred.
• Experience in childcare, healthcare, hospitality, or service industries is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS or HR management systems is preferred; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Pay

• Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month; the posting also describes the salary and benefits package as competitive.
