Role overview

Customer service and relationships

• Deliver professional, empathetic service through phone, email, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients; follow up and support retention.
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable services, and maintain satisfaction and service quality.

Bookings and issue resolution

• Manage service inquiries, bookings, appointments, schedules, and ongoing care arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver services on time and complete customer requests.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and identify additional services suited to customer needs.
• Resolve complaints and concerns, take ownership, and escalate complex matters when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Essential requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least two years of relevant customer service, customer experience, client relations, or support experience in the UAE.
• Experience using appointment booking, scheduling, or CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Professional, confident, customer-focused attitude.

Preferred qualifications

• Childcare, healthcare, hospitality, education, or service-industry experience is preferred.
• Customer complaint handling and service recovery experience is preferred.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.

Pay

• AED 1,600 to AED 3,000 per month.
