Senior HR leadership opportunity in Dubai, UAE.
Shape the people agenda, strengthen organizational capability, and build practical HR solutions that support business growth, workforce effectiveness, and long-term talent priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the people agenda to support business growth, capability building, and long-term workforce needs.
- Strengthen organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, role design, succession planning, and improved team structures.
- Oversee attraction, development, performance, rewards, and retention across the employee lifecycle.
- Build a scalable HR operating model and improve policies, service delivery, governance, and collaboration.
- Lead people-related change and support leaders through organizational transformation.
- Develop the HR team and internal capability, and provide leadership with reliable people insights.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Broad generalist HR background with exposure to talent, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, rewards, performance, and HR operations.
- Experience advising senior leadership and translating business priorities into practical people solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Recognized HR certification such as CIPD, SPHR, or equivalent.
- Leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and strategic planning capability.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; strong digital literacy and confidence with HR systems and data.
