Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute group-wide HR strategies, workforce planning, organizational restructuring, succession planning, and talent development aligned with business objectives.
- Direct recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies while ensuring UAE regulatory compliance.
- Establish recruitment strategies, appraisal systems, engagement initiatives, leadership development programs, and retention strategies across multiple business entities.
- Advise senior management on manpower planning, HR budgets, workforce productivity, organizational effectiveness, and employee-related risks.
- Implement HR systems, standardized policies, KPIs, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and 10+ years of HR experience including at least 5 years in leadership.
- Proven experience managing recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management across the HR function.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, MOHRE regulations, payroll/WPS, and HR compliance; experience developing policies and improving retention and productivity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with hands-on experience in HR systems, analytics, manpower budgeting, and advising senior management.
- MBA or CIPD/SHRM certification is an advantage.
