Human Resources Business Partner

Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

• Implement the UAE People operating plan in alignment with corporate policies and protocols.
• Support consistent interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
• Develop job descriptions and coordinate headcount forms for approved recruitment needs.
• Coordinate performance reviews, probationary meetings, and regular one-to-one meetings.
• Conduct grievance investigations, recommend resolutions, and support disciplinary processes.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse and report findings.
• Oversee employee information, HR reporting, and data integrity.
• Monitor headcount, personnel costs, HR KPIs, overtime trends, and compliance risks.
• Audit HRIS capabilities for accuracy, integrity, and functionality.
• Administer workforce planning, resourcing, performance, development, reward, employee relations, payroll, HRIS, compliance, reporting, transport, and accommodation programs.
• Act as the HR liaison for management and interdepartmental projects.
• Lead workforce planning and own the end-to-end HR lifecycle for the assigned business unit.

Experience Requirement

• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in plant and food manufacturing.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Valid driving licence.

Qualification and Licences

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or another field.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and statutory compliance.
• CIPD membership is preferred.
