About This Role

Overview

PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our remote team.

This role is essential for supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

HR Operations & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and record management
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information

Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and communication
  • Assist in ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience

Employee Support & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives
  • Help maintain a positive and supportive remote workplace culture

Systems & Process Management

  • Maintain and update information in HR systems and tools
  • Support process tracking and ensure accuracy across HR workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and streamline HR processes

About the Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with HR software or systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred
