About This Role
PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our remote team. This role is essential for supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities HR Operations & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and record management
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination
- Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and communication
- Assist in ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience
Employee Support & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives
- Help maintain a positive and supportive remote workplace culture
Systems & Process Management
- Maintain and update information in HR systems and tools
- Support process tracking and ensure accuracy across HR workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and streamline HR processes
Requirements About the Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with HR software or systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred
