Qualification – Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources/Business with over 0 to 5+ years of HR experience including HR Generalist experience, recruitment, legal as a strategic business partner.
The HR Executive / intern– is expected to be a seasoned Human Resources Specialist & Recruiter with excellent domain & interpersonal skills.
The Human Resources Specialist & Recruiter will report and work directly to the HR Manager and will be Mumbai, India
This position is responsible for partnering with multiple business stakeholders in defining and implementing the HR strategy for India REXUS business.
Key Responsibilities
· The HR is part of the REXUS India Business Leadership team and is expected to drive the HR Strategy in line with strategic agenda for the business
· Partner with the Business Leaders and the leadership team to build an innovative, performance-driven, dynamic and high-impact organization.
· Own and lead HR performance improvement metrics for REXUS India including OEF, Attrition, census, staffing cycle times, etc.
· Support the RGMs in developing Annual Operating Plan.
· Responsible for all India & Global recruitments.

Responsible to create timely batches of interns and strategize performance to extract performance.
· Provide executive coaching and strategic HR support to REXUS India leaders.
· Work in collaboration with India Country team and Business to develop succession planning for leadership and critical roles
· Deploy pan India HR Initiatives as required including talent management, organization design, succession planning, learning, labor relations strategy and compensation strategy and planning
· Own & Supervise Compliances Management for REXUS India.
· Payroll, salary management, etc. for the Indian & Global employees.
· Key responsibilities include but not limited to being the organization representative at various forums, signatory to statutory documents, being the employer representative on Gratuity trust, etc. and any other responsibility assigned by REXUS Leadership / India Country HR from time to time;
· Be the Single point of contact for REXUS HR in India.
· Should have strong experience of the HR legal & Law system and should have vast experience in managing employee disputes as per the legal framework.
· Qualifications
· Masters in Human Resources/Business with over 4 to 10 years of HR experience including HR Generalist experience, recruitment, legal as a strategic business partner.
· Experience in leading HR function independently in a small or medium size organization.
· Prior experience working in a global matrix environment.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make meaning out of numbers and to integrate the same into driving business performance and implement frameworks that are relevant.
· Interpersonal skills, collaborative working style with the ability to work closely with line
managers and pole.
Strong influencing and & presentation skills.
· Strong process thinking and the ability to deliver results on the ground.
· Being a positive role model for employees and the ability to communicate and influence
positive values & behaviours across the business.
· Willingness to travel up to 25%+
