Overview
- **Strong personality who oversees an organization's human capital strategy and day-to-day personnel operations.**
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs, draft job descriptions, and design interview processes.
- Source top candidates, conduct interviews, and finalize job offers.
- Oversee orientation programs so new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture and equipped for their roles.
- Collaborate with leaders to establish departmental and individual performance goals.
- Lead annual and quarterly performance review processes to track productivity.
- Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs or executive coaching to facilitate employee career advancement.
- Manage wage scales, salary bands, and bonus incentives to ensure competitive market rates.
- Oversee health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.
- Supervise the processing of payroll, employee deductions, and expense allowances.
- Mediate disputes, address workplace grievances, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to cultivate an engaging, positive work environment.
- Manage layoffs, terminations, and exit interviews professionally.
- Design and execute HR policies that align with the business strategy and protect the organization.
- Monitor and enforce local labor laws, safety regulations, and employment standards.
- Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
