Overview
Noorka Logistics is seeking a qualified and proactive HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Officer to join our team in **Dubai**.
This role is ideal for a safety-focused professional who can ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a safe working environment, and support operational excellence within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular warehouse and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs to employees.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare detailed reports.
- Maintain records of safety audits, inspections, and incident reports.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by staff.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct safety drills.
- Recommend improvements to enhance workplace safety and reduce risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
