Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer with a solid background in ADNOC projects to join our team for an upcoming civil construction project.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance in accordance with ADNOC and UAE regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the project’s HSE plan in line with ADNOC guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
- Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to site personnel.
- Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Maintain accurate records of all HSE activities and documentation.
- Liaise with ADNOC representatives and ensure full adherence to client-specific safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years HSE experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years on ADNOC projects.
- ADNOC HSE approval or registration is a strong advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ADNOC procedures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Preferably in the UAE currently
