Overview
***We are currently seeking a qualified HSE Officer (Abu Dhabi Based) to join our team.***
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, project HSE plan, and site safety procedures.
- Implement PTW systems, LOTO, TBT, risk assessments, PPE compliance, and incident reporting.
- Conduct daily site inspections, safety observations, and ensure close-out of unsafe conditions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and safety awareness training for site staff.
- Assist in hazard identification, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Assist in incident investigation and reporting of safety violations.
- Monitor safety of plant, equipment, lifting tools, and PPE as per UAE requirements.
- Ensure site welfare, hygiene, first aid, emergency response, and environmental compliance.
- Maintain HSE records, permits, and inspection reports.
- Support emergency drills and site safety coordination with project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with NEBOSH / IOSH Certified
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in high-rise building construction projects
- Knowledge in DM COP, DDA Regulations, NFPA Standards, UAE construction federal, state & international law etc
- Knowledge in potentially Hazardous materials and Practices
