Safety Planning & Implementation
- **Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures**
- **Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards**
- **Prepare safety plans and emergency response plans**
- **Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations**
Site Inspections & Audits
- **Conduct regular safety inspections on site**
- **Monitor work practices to ensure compliance**
- **Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective actions**
- **Prepare audit reports and follow up on observations**
Training & Awareness
- **Conduct safety inductions for new employees and contractors**
- **Organize toolbox talks, workshops, and training sessions**
- **Promote a safety-first culture among staff**
Incident Reporting & Investigation
- **Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts**
- **Prepare incident reports and submit to management**
- **Recommend corrective and preventive actions**
Documentation & Compliance
- **Maintain HSE records, reports, and logs**
- **Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards**
- **Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safety signage**
Coordination & Support
- **Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and authorities**
- **Support contractor HSE management**
- **Participate in safety committees and meetings**
Environmental Responsibilities
- **Monitor environmental compliance (waste management, emissions, etc.)**
- **Ensure minimal environmental impact from site activities**
- **Report environmental incidents**
