HR Specialist
About This Role
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for business setup consultants, PROs, and support staff
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate onboarding processes including documentation and orientation
- Ensure smooth exit formalities including final settlements and clearance
3. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files
4. Employee Relations
- Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Promote a positive work environment and company culture
- Support performance management processes
5. Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- payroll preparation and coordination with finance
- Administer employee benefits such as insurance, visas, and allowances
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs
- Support employee development and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in UAE (preferably in business setup or consultancy firms)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
