Job Summary
The Admin & Operations Coordinator will act as a key link between the sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance in business setup processes.
This role involves administrative support, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance monitoring, and facilitating communication to enhance workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.
1. Administrative Coordination
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team
- Maintain accurate records of client documentation and transactions
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation
- Ensure timely processing of business setup applications
2. AML Compliance (AML Coordinator Duties)
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence checks for new and existing clients
- Review and verify client documents in line with AML regulations and company policies
- Identify and report suspicious activities or compliance concerns
- Maintain AML records and ensure proper documentation is up to date
- Assist in implementing AML policies and procedures
3. Sales & Operations Liaison
- Act as a mediator between the sales and operations departments
- Coordinate client requirements from sales to ensure smooth onboarding
- Track progress of applications and update the sales team regularly
- Resolve communication gaps and ensure alignment between departments
4. Business Setup Support
- Assist in company formation processes (mainland, free zone, offshore as applicable)
- Coordinate with government authorities and service providers when required
- Support document submission, approvals, and licensing procedures
- Ensure deadlines are met for all business setup activities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, compliance, or business setup services
