About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Pre-Qualification Executive** to support our structured **Lead and Opportunity** management process under the new CRM strategy.
This role is responsible for screening, verifying, and qualifying all incoming leads before they are assigned to the sales team, ensuring only genuine and high-potential opportunities move forward in the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and pre-qualify all incoming leads in the CRM system
- Contact leads to verify requirements, interest level, and eligibility
- Update and maintain accurate lead status using defined CRM stages:
Requirements
- Proven experience in telecalling, lead qualification, or CRM handling
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to speak confidently with customers and gather correct information
- Familiar with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle high volume of leads efficiently
- Organized and process-oriented
Preferred Candidate
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in sales support, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
