About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
- Negotiate salary offers and employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.
- Ensure timely hiring based on company requirements.
- Develop relationships with universities, agencies, and professional networks.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law is an advantage.

Preferred Experience
