Responsibilities
- Develop and manage maintenance plans and schedules to optimize aircraft availability and reliability.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate safety programs, audits, and training initiatives to promote a safety-first culture within the maintenance department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance planning, logistical, and personnel matters effectively.
- Maintain detailed records and reports related to maintenance activities, safety compliance, and HR metrics.
- Provide technical and administrative support to management in decision-making processes.
- Bachelor s degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in aviation maintenance planning and safety management.
- Sound knowledge of aviation safety regulations and maintenance standards (e.g., FAA, EASA, GACA).
- Experience in HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and training within an aviation context.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and HR software is an advantage.
