Onboarding & New Joiner
- Manage induction workshops for new employees, including setting up rooms and preparing new joiner packs.
- Organize and administer all new joiner paperwork and processes accurately.
People Relationships
- Handle employee inquiries related to policies, leaves, compensation, and resolve issues in compliance with regulations.
- Foster a strong partnership between management and employees to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
Offboarding
- Prepare offboarding paperwork according to internal online/offline processes.
Reporting & System Management
- Oversee internal HR databases and proper archiving.
Operations & Administrative Tasks
- Manage travel arrangements and liaise with travel agencies as needed.
- Maintain and manage medical insurance documentation from additions to deletions.
- Organize and secure office materials and supplies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in process improvement.
- Proactive approach to finding solutions and continuous improvement.
