About This Role

Job Details

Support the planning, development, and implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and internal systems.

Prepare, manage, and administer employee contracts, HR decisions, and other official employment documentation.

Handle employee registration and deregistration with relevant authorities and institutions.

Maintain accurate records of working hours, absences, and employee leave balances.

Coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding process for new employees.

Assist in employee performance management activities and track HR related KPIs.

Organize internal training sessions and contribute to employee development planning.

Actively participate in recruitment and selection processes in coordination with hiring managers.

Monitor and support HR and legal processes related to the medical sector, ensuring compliance with regulations, licenses, standards, and internal procedures.

Maintain organized employee records and support daily HR administrative activities.

Job Experience Requirements

Higher education in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or a related field.

Previous experience in HR and or legal roles will be considered an advantage.

Knowledge of labor relations, employment contracts, legal regulations, business law, and employee strategy development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Motivated, reliable, and stable personality with professional work ethics.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment.
