Role Description
Serving as the absolute human capital custodian and corporate ambassador, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and controlling all HR aspects of the company, acting as the primary relationship manager internally and externally using the Quality Management System (QMS), and directing all corporate inquiries. This role acts as a key strategic partner to executive leadership by transforming human resource data and stakeholder communications into operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for corporate and site personnel.
- Direct, verify, and authorize monthly payroll cycles for corporate and site staff, eliminating anomalies and misallocations under the UAE Wage Protection System (WPS).
- Design, implement, and monitor robust internal HR policies and labor compliance frameworks to protect company interests and minimize legal risks.
- Act as the central bridge between executive management, site engineers, and corporate staff to align company culture with strategic goals.
- Serve as the premier relationship manager representing the company to clients, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
- Utilize the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to standardize communication protocols, evaluate feedback, and guarantee absolute alignment with corporate quality benchmarks.
- Manage and directly route all incoming internal and external inquiries, ensuring swift resolution and professional communication.
- Conduct comprehensive retrospective reviews of past employee records, visa expenditures, and resource allocations to identify and rectify operational inefficiencies or budgetary deviations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional designation (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) along with verified training in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / QMS) are preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, with at least 2+ years in a blended HR and stakeholder relations capacity within the UAE construction, contracting, or luxury fit-out sector.
- Hands-on proficiency with modern HRIS platforms, corporate QMS frameworks, and advanced communication management tools.
- High professional gravitas, clarity, and diplomacy required to represent the brand securely in premium environments, alongside the professional confidence to enforce policies firmly but fairly.
