About This Role

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR/Admin Executive to support daily HR and administrative operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the Dubai market, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

HR Responsibilities

  • Handle onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
  • Assist with visa, labor, and onboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and administrative requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Support meeting arrangements and scheduling
  • Maintain organized filing systems and company records
  • Assist management with daily operational tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of HR/Admin experience in the UAE
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English
