Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Recruiter role located in Dubai. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for various positions within the clinic. Daily tasks include developing recruiting strategies, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will maintain relationships with hiring managers, provide regular updates, and ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws. Collaboration with the HR team to support organizational goals is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and full-cycle recruitment
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job boards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open positions effectively
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with the aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
