Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational objectives and staffing needs.
Source candidates and fill vacancies with suitable applicants who can add value to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Consult with management to assess and identify staffing needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment plans and systems.
- Source candidates, fill organizational positions, and build a network of suitable applicants.
- Use institutions and social media to attract candidates for current and future roles.
- Draft and post job descriptions; interview candidates and prepare job offers.
- Handle recruitment administration and record-keeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources.
- MBA preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
