Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders, provide menu information, and serve customers courteously.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and specialty drinks, using standardized recipes.
- Operate brewing equipment, grinders, blenders, and other equipment; maintain and clean equipment.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee and tea, bean varieties, roasts, and brewing methods.
- Monitor stock, communicate supply needs, and assist with receiving and storing inventory.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines; clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient service and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or similar customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea varieties, brewing methods, and equipment.
- Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Pay
- AED 2,200–2,700 per month.

- Full-time.
