Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders, provide menu information, and engage courteously with customers.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and specialty drinks, following standardized recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.
- Maintain knowledge of beverages, coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
- Monitor stock, communicate supply needs, and assist with receiving and storing inventory.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines; clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Collaborate with teammates to support efficient service and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or similar customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea varieties, brewing methods, and equipment.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Schedule
- Full-time position with flexible availability required for shifts as needed.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,200–3,000 per month.
