About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for staff and labor
  • Coordinate attendance, timesheets, and overtime records with site teams
  • Maintain and regularly update employee records and documentation
  • Monitor workforce attendance, leaves, and overall HR data accuracy
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes in line with company procedures
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements in a timely manner
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal policies
  • Collaborate with finance and site teams to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Prepare regular HR and payroll reports for internal review
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and handle employee queries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience within the construction industry
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes and workforce coordination
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor law
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and HR systems
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a large workforce efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
