HR & Payroll Generalist(Construction)

About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for staff and labor
- Coordinate attendance, timesheets, and overtime records with site teams
- Maintain and regularly update employee records and documentation
- Monitor workforce attendance, leaves, and overall HR data accuracy
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in line with company procedures
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements in a timely manner
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal policies
- Collaborate with finance and site teams to ensure smooth HR operations
- Prepare regular HR and payroll reports for internal review
- Provide day-to-day HR support and handle employee queries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience within the construction industry
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and workforce coordination
- Good knowledge of UAE labor law
- Strong skills in MS Excel and HR systems
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a large workforce efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
