Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations / Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete employee lifecycle as per HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee queries related to HR, payroll, leave, and benefits.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting.

Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and personnel files.

Process transactions through Saudi government portals including Muqeem, GOSI, Qiwa, MOFA, MHRSD, etc.

Manage work permits, employment visas, Iqama issuance/renewals, and medical insurance.

Prepare employment offers, contracts, joining reports, HR letters, and employee documentation.

Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.

Prepare HR KPI reports and support internal/external audits.

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company HR policies.
