Factory Supervisor

Role & responsibilities Minimum 10+ years of experience in garment, abaya, or textile manufacturing factories. Strong knowledge and practical experience in all factory departments, including: Embroidery Designing and pattern making Fabric cutting Stitching and sewing operations Button fixing and accessories installation Finishing and ironing Quality control and inspection Packing and dispatch Ability to operate and supervise different types of industrial machines including: Single needle machines Overlock machines Flatlock machines Embroidery machines Button fixing machines Cutting machines Steam and finishing equipment Good understanding of production planning, workflow management, and production targets. Ability to supervise tailors, helpers, cutters, embroidery staff, and machine operators.

in handling factory maintenance coordination and machine troubleshooting.

Knowledge of fabric types, measurements, fitting standards, and garment finishing.

Ability to maintain production quality standards and minimize wastage.

Familiar with inventory control, raw material handling, and stock management.

Good communication and team management skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Ability to prepare daily production reports and monitor staff attendance/productivity.

Preferably holding a valid driving license in India.
