Job Summary
We are looking for a highly competent and experienced **Arabic Female HR Officer** to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, Recruitment activities, employee relations, and HR administration.
She should possess strong knowledge of HR best practices, UAE labor regulations, and talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities
- **Can handle entire procedures of Recruitment**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate job advertisements, candidate databases, and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
- Address employee inquiries and support employee relations activities.
- Coordinate visa processing, labor cards, insurance, and employee renewals.
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Requirements
- **Female Arabic**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment.**
- **Proven expertise in recruitment,** employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with HRMS software and **online recruitment platforms is preferred.**
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Experience in handling recruitment for multiple departments and positions.
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate assessment skills.
