Job Opportunity – Assistant HR Manager / HR Officer

A leading holding company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking to appoint a qualified and motivated Human Resources professional to join its professional and dynamic corporate environment within a diversified and growing business group.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of **3–7 years of proven experience** in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, including:
  • UAE Labour Law and its Executive Regulations.
  • Employment contracts, employee relations, and termination procedures.
  • Governance, compliance, confidentiality, and internal policies.
  • Occupational health & safety regulations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Full professional proficiency in both **Arabic and English** (written and spoken).
  • Experience in developing and reviewing:
  • HR policies and procedures.
  • Organizational structures and job descriptions.
  • Performance management systems and employee development programs.
  • Internal regulations and workforce frameworks.
  • Practical experience in:
  • Recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance management, and HR operations.
  • Government relations and official platforms.
  • Employee relations and handling HR matters professionally.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and support management in achieving organizational objectives.
  • Previous experience within holding companies, large organizations, or industrial/manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
  • **Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, retail chains, or the jewellery industry will be considered a strong advantage.**

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or any related field.
  • Professional HR certifications will be considered an added advantage.
