A leading holding company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking to appoint a qualified and motivated Human Resources professional to join its professional and dynamic corporate environment within a diversified and growing business group.

Key Requirements
- Minimum of **3–7 years of proven experience** in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, including:
- UAE Labour Law and its Executive Regulations.
- Employment contracts, employee relations, and termination procedures.
- Governance, compliance, confidentiality, and internal policies.
- Occupational health & safety regulations and disciplinary procedures.
- Full professional proficiency in both **Arabic and English** (written and spoken).
- Experience in developing and reviewing:
- HR policies and procedures.
- Organizational structures and job descriptions.
- Performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Internal regulations and workforce frameworks.
- Practical experience in:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance management, and HR operations.
- Government relations and official platforms.
- Employee relations and handling HR matters professionally.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and support management in achieving organizational objectives.
- Previous experience within holding companies, large organizations, or industrial/manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- **Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, retail chains, or the jewellery industry will be considered a strong advantage.**
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or any related field.
- Professional HR certifications will be considered an added advantage.
