We are seeking a dedicated **HR Officer** to join our team and support the full spectrum of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee visa processing, labour contract processing by coordinating with typing center
- Maintain HR records, employee files, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Prepare employee contracts, offer letters, NOCs, and HR-related documents.
- Payroll processing and ensure timely submission of relevant data.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Assist with performance management, training coordination, and employee relations.
- Address employee queries and support daily HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- **1–2 years HR experience** in the UAE (fire & safety industry preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of **UAE Labour Law**, visa processes, and HR documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Sponsorship Visa holders are preferred
