The HR Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, leave administration, payroll coordination, training coordination, HR documentation, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
The role serves as a key point of contact between employees and management to ensure efficient HR processes and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- ***Recruitment & Onboarding***
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain recruitment records and employee files.
- Proven experience in both Blue-Collar and White-Collar recruitment.
- ***Employee Relations***
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- ***HR Administration***
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage probation reviews, confirmation letters, transfers, promotions, and employee status changes.
- Prepare employment certificates, salary certificates, and other HR correspondence.
***Leave & Attendance Management***
- Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime records.
- Process annual leave requests and maintain accurate leave records.
- Ensure compliance with company attendance and leave policies.
***Payroll & Benefits Coordination***
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary processing.
- Manage employee benefits, insurance, and end-of-service settlements.
***Training & Performance Management***
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee development plans and training requirements.
***Visa & Government Relations***
- Coordinate visa applications, renewals, labor contracts, and work permits.
- Working knowledge of JAFZA Free Zone Portal and related visa, employment, and company administration processes.
- Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws, MOHRE regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with PROs and government authorities when required.
- ***Compliance & Reporting***
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, turnover analysis, and other management reports.
- Support HR audits and document control activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (both written and verbal communication).
