Job Opportunity – HR Officer (Arabic Nationality Preferred)
A private company in Qatar is looking to hire a qualified HR officer to join its team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in managing employee relations and supporting daily HR functions, contributing to a professional, structured, and efficient work environment.
Job Description
The HR officer will be responsible for maintaining employee records and personnel files, monitoring attendance and leave, and supporting daily HR operations. The role also includes assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, preparing employment contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and Qatar labor laws, and handling employee inquiries with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
Applicants must have prior experience in human resources, along with a solid understanding of labor regulations in Qatar. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. Candidates must also have strong knowledge of the Bright HR system. Arabic nationality is preferred.
Salary
The salary will be discussed upon interview based on experience and qualifications.
