About This Role
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and general HR operations
- Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRMS software
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Presentable, organized, and professional demeanor
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and presentations
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Additional Requirement:
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
