About This Role

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Officer to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, experience in recruitment, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee relations and handle inquiries professionally
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and payroll support
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Support employee engagement and training initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an HR role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting a diverse workforce
• Familiarity with overseas recruitment or working with Southeast Asian workforce is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Tagalog is required
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and approachable personality
